The Information and Advice service is a core part of our work – we see over 15 clients a week, on average, and pride ourselves on providing a free, confidential, faith and culturally sensitive, non-judgemental service.

Our clients drop in to the sessions held once a week (Every Monday 10-12noon) by our bilingual staff and volunteers. We may also refer clients to other services.

We recognise and appreciate the issues that exist for individuals and within families in our communities and do our best to address them.

Some of the services offered by information and advice are:
  • Assist with actual and estimated bills
  • Help to solve issues
  • Help service users to work out Tax Credits.
  • Advise on Welfare Rights
